BP tries new tactic to stop Deepwater Horizon oil spill

As the Deepwater Horizon oil brief one after another to expect a distressing fee on oil-soaked birds and alternative wildlife, BP launched a new bid to extent the damage, writes Jacqui Goddard.

Tony Hayward, the arch executive, pronounced last night that the oil hulk was intent in the largest, majority extensive brief reply mounted in the story of the oil and gas industry.

A 4ft tall steel box will be placed over the trickle inside of days to try to constraint the oil and siphon it a mile from the seabed to tankers. BP will try to sign the well exactly inside of dual weeks.
